Although it is pretty unlikely you will be able to arrange Justin to date you, a girl can always try! A good way of doing it would be to get a role in one of his music videos or maybe attempt to get a job as a hostess at one of the awards ceremonies you know he will attend. Of course that will only apply to girls living in North America in most cases, and even then only if you are over 18. On top of that, most girls selected for these jobs are models or dancers registered with agencies that supply extras/dancers for videos or hostesses for high-profile events. It's certainly no mean feat.
