Online: Probably E-bay (since you can bid on items much like that, and you may end up getting much more money than you would've gotten selling them somewhere else.

In person: You should check around your area to see if there are any places that might take items like that. You could also go to a movie renting store and sell them there; I bet that Blockbuster would pay good amounts of money if you came to them with autographed pictures like that.
