How Does Music Effect Blood Pressure?

I'm doing the same science question and yes it does as you relax your blood pressure goes down so if you are listening to soft music your blood pressure will go down!

Slow Music affects blood pressure by decreasing it because your body typically becomes relaxed while your listening to it, especially if you are not doing anything at the same time.

Music may increase or decrease blood pressure. Fast-tempo songs usually increase blood pressure, while slower tempos decrease it.

Oh my god I am doing this project 2 but apparently many people r also doing it

Scientists have said that a higher tempo will raise the blood pressure.
Also, music people like will be an effect.
