Hope she is old enough to use the stove.
1. Start both timers.
2 At the end of 7 minutes there will be 4 minutes left on the 11 minute timer.
3. Restart the 7 minute timer.
4. At the end of 11 minutes there will be 4 minutes left on the bottom of the 7 minute timer.
5. With 11 minutes gone by, restart the 7 minute timer by flipping it over with 4 minutes to go.
6. When the 4 minutes left on the 7 minute timer expires you have elapsed 15 minutes and your eggs are ready.

You will have to have quickly flipped the hourglasses. And, in my estimation the eggs will be way overdone.

read your point 4 again >>>>
4. At the end of 11 minutes there will be 4 minutes left on the 7 minute timer

==========================

At the end of 11 minutes there will be 3 minutes left on the 7 minute timer

11-7 = 4 >>> and 4 + 3 = 7 NOT 4+4=7

Point 5. restart the 7 minute timer by flipping it over. 3 minutes were on top, 4 minutes on bottom flipping it over puts the 4 minutes on top. Maybe I should have stated it more clearly. But then who am I to argue? ( I tried to make it a little clearer. Not to important since it looks like the individual asking the question has not looked at the answer.)

Above response is nothing but nonsense. How would you know that 4 minutes have passed in 7 or 11 hourglass??? First you turn the 7 minute hourglass and 11 minute hourglass at the same time. When the 7 minute hourglass is done, start cooking the egg. When the 11 minute hourglass is done, turn it the other way. When it has stopped, the egg is cooked at exactly 15 minutes.

Because 7 from 11 = 4 . After 7 minutes there is four minutes of sand left in the top of the 11 minute glass and 7 in the bottom. 4 minutes after turning the 7 minute glass there is 4 minutes worth of sand in the bottom of the 7 minute glass and 3 minutes in the top. Oh yeah, and in the egg race mine is done 7 minutes before yours.
