Where Was Harry Brown Filmed?

It was actually filmed in Marks Gate in Essex - I used to walk underneath that underpass every day... Very scary! The main road is the A12 leading on to the A127

So what is that huge main road the underpass is under then?
I thought it was old kent road but old kent road is more built up than that ie shops buildings etc also just watched the last  a touch of frost and exactly same under pass and canal is in it and I know that wasnt filmed on the aylesbury estate as I grew up around the aylesbury.

It was 110% shot in marks gate!... I watched them film it

The hospital scenes were filmed at Harold Wood Hospital (closed a couple of years ago)

Michael Caine stated that it was mostly filmed at both Heygate and Aylesbury estate. As for the underpass, who knows.

Its filmed in ferrier estate....I lived there when it was being filmed

The scenes on the canal were filmed on the regents canal on the hackney/islington border, next to the gainsborough studios. Ironically, quite a plush area these days!

It is filmed on the heygate estate, as ashenden is in the bit inn the rain, so, your part wrong.

Though the narrative is not too specific as to exactly where it is set, the film seems largely to have been filmed around the Elephant & Castle area in south London, on the massive Heygate Estate. However, there are several scenes filmed at other areas, eg by a canal that doesn't go anywhere near there. It's all cleverly cut together.

No I'm afraid your completley wrong, it was all filmed on the aylesbury estate in walworth, with a few scenes in Hertfordshire and elstree studios, none was filmed on the heygate or terrier estates..... I worked on the film , this is fact!! Google it you will see. It was set in the elephant as Daniel grew up there, that's all.... The underpass is the one on the Aylesbury estate , although it's further up than portrayed.

That was never filmed on Marks Gate, I was born there and the subways are different to those in the film

So excuse me to the person who worked on it but where further up on the Aylesbury is that underpass?   I don't recognise it and I grew up in there.   No canal there either.
