A Man Was Found Dead. There Was A Pool Of Pink Liquid And Two Sticks Found Near Him. What Happened?

An ambulance was called.   A few paramedics put the dead man onto a stretcher and carried
the man into the ambulance  and took off to the nearest hospital.
Someone  picked up the sticks and put them where they belonged.
A cleaning person mopped up the pool of pink liquid,  which probably was pink grapefruit juice.
