Describe Your Favorite Movie. When Did The Story Take Place? What Was It About?

Half Baked was a good one, not my favorite though - I don't have just one.
It takes place in New York City, around 1996 which is when it was made. It wasn't meant to capture a time necessarily, but more just the daily happenings for a group of burn out friends scraping by.
