Are children who act in rated 'R' movies allowed to see them?

Movies are taken by scenes, in this cases, children don't have to be present in any other scenes but theirs.
If for the movie the child needs to be IN the scene, that's what parental approval is all about.

I dont think they are if they are under age but they probebly do and I dont know if that is wrong or right it is a toutchy one that is for sure.

If their parents let them. But it isnt that bad to see a movie that you helped make cuz then you know its fake. So i would say usualy they do.
