Do what my friend Darius is doing. He has a show called, "No Ordanary Day" ((yes, he spelled ordinary like that for a reason.)) He's animating it, and posting it on YouTube to start out. When he gains popularity, he could one day be on tv :D

Well you would do your own voice overs if it's animated.
Or you could hire another dog or a person to do them for you. I don't suggest hiring a cat though.
