Scary movies are like comedies to me. I'm totally desensitized to the genre. Yet, I am still drawn to them somewhat.

Those are the only movies I really watch anymore. They're never scary though, I just laugh during them. However, I will NEVER watch the human centipede movies again😖 they're just plain disgusting.

Of course! Scary movies are my favorites. The most favorite ones.

Movies i really enjoyed watching: Silent House. House hunting, Possession, Insidious, the conjuring, Annabelle  ,Texas chainsaw, The pact, The collector, Saw, The Exoricism Of Emily Rose, The Exorcism, Scream , The Uninvite, Cold prey. Ring, Paranormal activity,  looking to complete watching The grudge. , and many many more . . . .

However, i feel for a little explanation.

1.Sometimes people confuse the genres. Scary movie is the topic, consider it a tree. Each leaf contains a particular scary movie and sometimes genres are considered combined all together. Scary / Horror / Thriller, Thriller Horror /Psychological Thriller / Thriller Drama / Mystery Drama / Mystery Thriller / Mystery Crime / ect . . . .

2.A movie that labeled as scary movie, not necessarily should scare you. It's sometimes about rising your curious side, it's about make you uncomfortable. Sometimes to make you thrilled ect . .  Plus, (1.The fear level of people is different. Some are sensitive on something, others on something else. 2.People watch movies with different perspectives) it's very important to the understanding which result the reactions.

So we have three type of people who aren't scared. Someone like me who loves horror and enjoys it. And some people aren't scared because to them is just a movie, if it happens real in front of them. They'll be filled with cold sweats and those who have unrealistic expectations of scary movies.

Hey Matt, I forgot to share this with you.
This site has some of the most comfortable T-Shirts and for Horror fanatics like you and I, they are all of movies we might like. What's More, is that they not only take requests, but they honestly take your requests into consideration AND create them! I asked for "Trick R Treat" To be made into a Shirt and an email was sent back saying this was a great idea and then 1 month later it was part of the collections they sold.

I figured you might. They are sort of Pricey but top quality shirts and super comfortable. I just ordered the Predator Tank Top. I use them for sleeping in mostly because the cotton is so breathable. I am wearing the Krampus one right now.

No, not really. I find most of them to be ridiculous, and I end up cracking jokes during them.

I usually would say "NO WAY" but my daughter got me to watch "Saw" and "The Ring" and I was surprised -it was actually very good. I felt like I deserved a medal at the end though for making it through it.

Also I only saw the first one of these movies. I really don't like movies that keep having sequels so I stick to the first one.

I don't know how to paint at all! but i painted once in my life with too much time! like four hours! and i painted an image related to Ring and it's details! love the movie very much!
Your daughter's taste is admirable !
You also have potential so! and 100 % deserve the medal! i can't never suggest such movies to my mother. she's too sensitive. one sight of these kind of movies. she'll see bad dreams for the whole week.

I like watching disturbing movies--not necessarily the same thing, but they can be scary. I like watching psychological thrillers.

Not so much the scary but the suspenseful with a twist like Sixth Sense.

Once in a great while I'll enjoy curling up on the couch with some popcorn and getting my nerves jangled for a couple of hours. :)
