Are you talking about your card number? If so you will need to go to greendotonline.com to request one.  Once you have your card, you can call them to load money from the store paks or in some cases the store can swipe your CC to add funds.

I had trouble figuring out green dot. I thought you could just use the thing you get from the store, but it doesn't work that way. Takes about a week or so to get the card.
