Steve Burns was born on October 9, 1973 in the city of Boyertown in the state of Pennsylvania in the United States of America. He was the host of Blue's Clues which was a popular television show for children, which was aired on Nickelodeon.
In the year 1998, there was a rumour doing the rounds that Burns died from an overdose of the drug heroin. Burns appeared on the Rosie O'Donnell Show, which hosted by the popular American television and film actress Rosie O'Donnell, to confirm to his fans that he was in good health.
He played the role of an autistic teenager in an episode of the television serial Law and Order, which was aired in the month of April 1995. He also recorded a rock album which was entitled Songs for Dustmites in the year 2002. The album was released the following year, which was a year after he left Blue's Clues.
