The song is called "[Shawty] Swing my Way" and is sung by KP and Envyi.
It was released on 3rd February 1998 and peaked at number 6 in the Billboard Hot 100, number 14 in the UK singles chart, number 14 on the New Zealand singles chart and number 54 on the Dutch single top 100.
KP (Khia Philips) and Envyi (Susan Hedgepeth), though often mistaken for a group, are actually two separate artists.
KP was a member of the Kapers, and Envyi was a solo artist.
They are best known for this song and did not really have great success with anything else. Although Hedgepeth did audition for BET's 2012 Season of Sundays Best and made it through to the main stage.
