When we walk outside what is considered the acceptable "norm", society sees it as having fallen from grace, particularly from our peers. Sometimes to make peace with ourselves and forge on to do the right thing we must take this path. The reward for such courage, although the walk is tethered with slings and arrows, is to find light. A divine light.

I think it would mean something along the lines of when someone is a really good person and is in "the state of grace" then that is when you will enter heaven. Just a guess.
