Well I don't have any idea if you are making your body larger or you are making it slimmer but it doesn't matter because in both cases you have to do the same exercise. Just lie down on the floor in the position that your stomach will be touching the floor laying on the floor raise your right leg up and get it down and then your left do this exercise speedily. When you start feeling burning from your bottom repeat the exercise but this time you have to raise your both leg and should be crossed. If you are a big fan you will do it and it will help you to for sure.
Hey guys, I'm 13, turning 14 next month and I go to an independent school in london,. This means always having to look your best to fit in.
