Yes,but as far as I know,they are keeping in touch,becouse on radio interview he said that he has younger (step)brother and (step)sister - because his dad has re-married,and then he said that he doesn't fight with her,that she is just too cute,so it seems that he spends some time with his dad and (step) mom,brothers and sisters :))

it is complicated his mom and dad split up. Justin does not see him often either. Sad huh!! I feel really bad for justin!!!

Justin bieber's father left him which is why he wrote the song where are you know because he doesn't know where he is.  I face the same problem because I havent seen my father in years I had to go on facebook to find him! I feel sorry for that adorable justin bieber!
