That's a trick question!  Seriously, almost all sweeteners prevent a bubble from getting big, regardless if they are natural, like sugar, or artificial.

The only reason why sugar free gum bubbles typically are not as big as "sugared" gum is because the sugar chews out after five minutes or so, while the artificial sweeteners take longer and sometimes (in the case of sugar-free Dubble Bubble) can never be chewed out.

Judging by Youtube, nine out of every ten bubbles blown bigger than a person's head, was created by Original, twist-wrapped, sugared Dubble Bubble.  If the sugar is a concern for you, then rinse most of it out before chewing.
