Thermos products are renowned around the world for being rugged and practical and of a good standard and high quality. Every now and then though you may need to replace parts which have been lost or worn away. The first port of call is normally the official Thermos website, but when visiting the official Thermos website to look for a replacement stopper you will receive the following message.,
'Due to ever-changing product upgrades, The Gourmet Kitchen no longer carries replacement parts, gaskets, tops or liners for Thermos® products.
If you own a Thermos® brand product and are in need of a part, we do offer a Replacement Program that offers half-price shipping on the purchase of a new Thermos® brand product for qualified Thermos® owners. If you would like to learn more about this program, please fill out the form below and we will contact you'.
If you fill out the form the company will normally contact you and have recently provided information on how to get a replacement stopper for your bottle so it is worth dropping them a line.
Some Thermos bottle stoppers can be found on a number of well-known Internet auction sights for a matter of pennies, though these aren’t always readily available and it may be a case of keeping your eye out over a period of weeks.
Local camping and outdoor stores often stock replacement stoppers, if not Thermos made ones, at least universal stoppers which may fit your bottle.

I have been to the website mentioned above, but their message is as follows:

But, good news! I have found an on-line source for my stoppers (part 764). I e-mailed thermos.com and one of their representatives e-mailed a response. Stopper 764 (part # EAR764) is available for $3.50 plus tax and S&H.
thanked the writer.

I just went through your process up through sending the e-mail to Thermos.com. I told them I'd prefer a stopper that fits my 2484 bottle but without the pour spout that the 764 stopper has. Now I will cross my fingers & hope for the great result you got!

Hello. Last year I brought my husband a "Rock" thermos that cost $100 because I thought it was good quality product. However the bottom of the stopper fell off as well as the rubber ring and I have thrown out the reciept so cannot return it to Brisco's. As it has a lifetime warranty I thought I would ask if the stopper can be replaced. Thanks ,Vicky
