Kurt Cobain

Kurt Cobain died on 5th April, 1994.  The forensic analysis confirmed that Cobain had committed suicide by shooting himself in the head with a shotgun.  A suicide note was found near to his body.  There have been many theories over the years that Cobain was in fact murdered, but no evidence has ever arisen from this.

Lisa Loeb
