I think that the good thing about zoos is that we get a chance to see different animals from different continents all over the world.
I think that when some children go to the zoo, they can see the animals and learn about them of course, but with a few of them, they decide at that point in time that they want to learn more about them so that they can help them to survive. Also, it might lead others to want to be out in the field helping to make sure that poachers aren't killing all the protected animals. Hope this helps, good luck to you.
Zoos are good for societies because they protect lots of animals, and give them shelter, and they even rescue other animals from dying, because as you know lots of animals eat each other, plus they take care of there need, and they even offer people lots of entertainment and fun...

I see it as a good way for children to learn about and see the animals face to face from all over. They learn how hard it is to clean and care for a pet especially large pets. Plus it encourages some to study and someday protect and care for them. It also makes great family outings and often as a sight seeing event.
It is fun for family and kids
There are amazing
Zoos are cruel if they exist only so people can see what animals look like. however, they do help to preserve endangered species, and they provide homes and medical care for animals that are unable to fend for themselves (for example, a bear cub whose mother is dead).
