When Do Justin Bieber Concert Tickets Go On Sale, In Sydney Australia?

I've been searching this for ages trying to get my little sister tickets for her birthday. There's not much info on it though and from what I can gather it doesn't seem that he will be doing any concerts. It looks like he will only be performing at Westpoint Shopping Centre in Blacktown on 25th April and signing albums there as well. It doesn't make sense to me that he'd come all this way and not do any concerts, but there's nothing about any concerts on his website or myspace.
So April 25th at Westpoint.

There is no such thing as tickets, it will be out in the open as this is where sunrise will be filming from. Its just a turn up outside kind of location and its near the bridge to accommodate the thousands of fans that are coming to watch. I'm flying there from Melbourne.
He will be singing 3 songs from his My World Australia Edition album and a short time of signing copies of it.

All I know is that he is coming to Brisbane on the 26th of April and he is having a concert at the brisbane entertainment centre. I'm not sure what time but my mum gets presale tickets a week before they actually come on sale so yeah.
OH OH AND
the tickets are on ticketec and come on sale 13th of december at 9:00 am. They're going to get sold out quickly.

Justin Bieber will be performing at 6:00am on the 26th April. The doors open at 5:00am.

I had only seen Justin three times before this show. Twice in the 90s (Presto and Roll the Bones) and the 2008 leg of the S & A tour, which I saw at Sleep Country near PDX. . I used to get Justin Bieber Tickets easily through Ticketwood.com .I am sure he would label it as a magical one. Believe me, there is nothing like a Justin Bieber show — mind blowing.
