NTS GAT registration forms are available for download at the official NTS website: www.nts.org.pa. The forms downloaded from this site are to be filled in interactively and come alongside an NTS bank slip for entrants to place their deposit of 700 to 1,000 rupees in. As part of their submission package, candidates are also required to send off two 1 by 1.5 inch photographs showing all of their face. There is no need to attach any other documents aside from those mentioned above, it should be noted, and failure to comply with this instruction may result in your rejection as a candidate.
Any Pakistani student wanting to register for a Graduate Assessment Test for admission in M.Phil and HEC Scholarships will need to complete either a GAT General or GAT Subject test. The former requires the 700 rupee deposit, whilst the latter of the two will cost an additional 300 rupees on top of this. The provisional list of eligible candidates for the examinations is usually released twelve or more days prior to the actual exam, with a confirmatory edition being released a few days later. Each candidate will then be informed of the test center they will need to attend to complete their examination in full.
Once you have downloaded your form for free online, you need to carefully complete your personal details, answering all sections using the computer. Handwritten submissions will not be considered, so ensure you complete the typeable form in its entirety as requested before you submit it to the examining body. As GAT tests are carried out every three months, you shouldn't worry about their not being a date close enough for you to sit the test on. Your GAT score will remain valid for a period of two years, and will allow you to apply for any Pakistani University based on your individual score in this time.
