NTS GAT registration forms are available for download at the official NTS website: www.nts.org.pa. The forms downloaded from this site are to be filled in interactively and come alongside an NTS bank slip for entrants to place their deposit of 700 to 1,000 rupees in. As part of their submission package, candidates are also required to send off two 1 by 1.5 inch photographs showing all of their face. There is no need to attach any other documents aside from those mentioned above, it should be noted, and failure to comply with this instruction may result in your rejection as a candidate.
