You must have superior written and verbal communication skills to be a
successful personal shopper.  Sales skills, organizational skills, and
self-directed time management skills will be essential for those in this
position.  An organized appointment schedule will ensure that each
client receives your undivided attention.  In order to complete required
paperwork, you will need basic computer skills and a knowledge of basic
Microsoft Office programs.
