I Have Constant Numb Pain In My Left Shoulder And Extends To The Arm Sometimes. Lately I Have Had Some Episodes When The Pain Is Really Acute When I Breathe, Plus My Shoulder Pops A Lot. Any Ideas?

Go to an orthopedic surgeon immediately! Doctors are sometimes very reluctant on using X-ray etc but you should insist on it. Although it will cost a bit of money but for comforting mind, it's definitely worth it. Well when I think of anything on my left side in pain, I first think
of my heart circulation side. Could be muscular but I would investigate this a little further.

Significant pain with inspiration could be a red flag for lung pathology which can refer pain to the shoulder. Go get it checked out immediately.....

Sounds like what my stepdad went through when he tore his rotator cuff. You need to have an mri done.
