I don't know.  I don't think it is Beyonce.  I believe it is a new singer from another country like London, England or something.  I believe I seen her on Oprah and Ellen and she sings that song.  I like the song.  I know Simon Cal off American Idle is her manager I believe.  That don't help much though, sorry.  Call your local music store, they can tell you.  Good luck.
