Most tattoo artists charge per hour, I have found this price to be around £60. This will be the minimum charged due to needing new needles for even the smallest tattoo. Depending on the tattooist you may be able to make a deal, different tattooists charge varying rates, but it is always best to make sure you are comfortable with whoever you choose to tattoo you and that the equipment is correct.
