I agree, but I'm one of those who takes little interest in the lives of celebrities. Unfortunately, it's not always up to those people. Their fame makes them public figures, and the insatiable need for many people to live vicariously through the lives of others often makes famous people targets. It's true that some thrive on publicity, but those who don't should be left alone.
