No, Cameron Dallas doesn't look cross eyed to me. I have just spent some time studying him (not a totally unpleasant study it has to be said), and he looks 'normal' to me.
My teenage daughter was more than happy to help with the study. She hadn't heard of him before, but I think it is fair to say that he will be a firm favourite amongst her classmates on Monday!
If he sometimes looks cross eyed, maybe he has amblyopia, also known as 'lazy eye'. When this is the case, the image in one eye is a little fuzzy so the brain 'turns off the picture' and the eye can turn slightly. In some people, it happens occasionally, in other people it is more permanent.
Amblyopia can be treated, but treatment is normally more effective when carried out during childhood, so if this is a condition which Cameron suffers from, it may be something that he has to live with now.
