Considering Justin Bieber makes a lot of money based on what he looks like (as well as his, sometimes questionable, musical talents) - I'd say he's probably not considered ugly by that many people.
Where did Justin Bieber live?
As for where he lived... He grew up in Stratford, Ontario, and recently lived in Calabasas, California - before relocating to Beverly Hills.
His residence in Calabasas was well-known because it was mentioned in the news when Bieber was arrested for pelting his neighbour's house with eggs.
Interestingly, the Calabasas mansion he lived in was formerly owned by Eddie Murphy's wife Nicole.
