My favorite is one from the 1962 movie : The Longest Day !

I don't usually notice movie soundtracks, but Star Trek: Into Darkness had two good pieces - the main theme, and kahn's theme.

I really enjoy listening to film soundtracks.

If you really like a movie, then listening to the soundtrack is a great way to re-immerse yourself into the world of that movie long after you've watched it.

Some of my favorites include:

  • Requiem for a Dream
  • Pulp Fiction (and almost every other Tarantino movie... Death Proof, Kill Bill)
  • Natural Born Killers
  • The Matrix
  • The Hours
  • Donnie Darko

Then there are movies about music, which often have awesome soundtracks...

  • The Boat That Rocked
  • Almost Famous

I would also recommend checking out Dark Shadows and Guardians of the Galaxy, surprisingly good soundtracks!

Also the soundtrack to these respectable  films as I couldn't find the soundtracks on YouTube but I suggest them if you ever come across them
