Wow, that is a sad-sounding set of chords. The brightest thing in there is an A# (and even that is probably going to sound less than cheerful in the context).
These are all easy chords to play on guitar. Just practice (your fingers will hurt for a bit but hey - no pain, no gain. Don't rely on your 'puter to do this.
