Will a flower shop tell me who sent me a bouquet of flowers ? There's no reason or occasion for them. There's no card attached. ( perplexed )

I did a little research on this and it's from Canada and a few years old but it makes me think the Florist has to tell you who it was if possible. Depending on the type of transaction as Aux Arcs said.
