Is there a phone number that I can call just to listen to music, podcast, or news?

As far as I know, there is no service that allows you to call in for music. There are, however, services that allow you to stream music. These services could include Google Play Music, iHeart Radio, Pandora Radio, Apple Music Store, Milk Music, Slacker, and Spotify. All of these would be great options for what you are looking for.
