Did New Zealand decided on which of the two flags they voted on? The Blue and Red, or the Blue and Black?

Before it becomes the national flag it needs to face another referendum in March when it will be matched against the colonial flag, (almost identical to the Australian flag and featuring the Union Jack). At this stage it's anticipated the traditionalists will have enough sway to stop any change.
