If you know the person, you should be able to figure out what to get with that type of budget.
Depends on what he likes. If he's a PC gamer get him graphics card (if youre not tech savvy use this link) if he's a console gamer get him a PC. If he's a car guy well maybe a spoiler or rims, if he likes hunting get him a rifle or something nice like a gun or pistol. Ask him his interest and go from there good luck!
