It's a bit hard to find the information you want. You may be able to buy a copy though you're not going to find a free download on the Net. There are quite a few snippets on YouTube but I couldn't find these programs.
Two possibilities.
Contact CNN (the show's producers) who will almost certainly have a copy they may sell you.
Contact the appropriate veterans' association who may have a copy or, more likely, might have a record of where it can be obtained.
