Why are african americans not going to the oscars when the problem is not racism but they need to look at the big picture of who controls film making?

I don't see how they can accuse Hollywood of discriminating against them, not realistically. Hollywood is bending over backward in convoluted positions to cast blacks in what were traditionally white roles.
