Rude people talking. 🙊
The volume too loud. (At the last movie we took our granddaughter to, people had to go to the manager to turn it down. Kids were covering their ears and crying.) 🙉

Quality entertainment. Nowadays everything seems to be an action flick with little plot. I would like to see something that I can walk away from saying, "I never saw that coming." I don't think that has happened since The Sixth Sense.
What they put up on the screen, and the price for it.
While I understand that not every "story" is for everyone, realistic trailers and realistic critic reviews need be in place long before the movie is released for public audience. Either be more accurate with the description of the movie, or allow a percentage of money to go back if not satisfied. They should have had to PAY me to see "Garfield" the movie . . .
Celebrities need to have a salary reduction to help curb the cost of a ticket. Normal price increases for everything else is just about 100% every 20 years . . . This should make the average matinee between $6 and $8 . . . Not $11 like it is now. Also, if you don't want people sneaking food into the theater, stop marking up pop corn and drinks to a ridiculous amount . . $12 for a large popcorn and soda is literally less then a dollar in actual material . . . Don't get me started on the candy.
They could start by cleaning it better. Sticky floors and way too many previews drive me crazy!
