No. I've never won anything at a carnival or fair or circus.
My kids did, every year at the fair. We actually had a goldfish graveyard at our house. They sure don't live too long.
I don't know what a carnival fish is so I'm wondering if it's an American thing :( but I think I probably deserve to have won one.... Lol :) won one :) lol :) won one won one won one won one .. I'm not high or anything :) I just like saying won one :) honestly I'm not high. I'm easily amused right now :)
Yes. I named him Herbie. I took him to college. He liked to be petted. He danced at the edge of the bowl when I came home, I'd wiggle my finger in the bowl and he'd swim up to "cuddle." I kept having to buy bigger tanks, because he was a little piggy-fish. It was like the kid's book, A Fish Out of Water. I loved that little guy!
Could have been a much sadder story....
I actually won three.
I named them fish fish and fish.
Then one day, fish died, but unlike a shipwreck he/she floated rather than sunk.
So, I had to get rid of fish, that just left fish and fish. I'm not sure they realized that fish had gone, or perhaps they remembered every few seconds. "Didn't there used to be three of us?"
Then, on a dark and stormy night in November, fish died. Again he/she floated to the top. I suspect that fish was a bit miffed because fish was blocking out the light, until I discovered the dead fish and inmerred him.
Fish lived on for a few years, swimming round his little tank looking for fish (and possibly fish as well).
Anyway, not to carp on about it, eventually fish died too. They all ended up in the big fish tank in the sea.
Sure. I had to throw three footballs through a hole that was just slightly bigger than the circumference of the football itself. Made it all three times. I was probably about 10 feet away.
I haven't but I had a friend who did. The fish lived all of two weeks. He not only spent money to win the stupid thing, but then spent monet on a tank and food and other supplies just to have the thing die. He went out and got other fish though and they all did well.
no.
Yes. But the silly thing jumped out of the bowl and died two days later .... It was awful!
