If this is for business, either color works. Otherwise, go for bold colors - red / blue / purple - so your bag stands out from all the black ones out there.

You should get a tan bag! Like a black bag they work with everything, they go with all seasons, and dirt isn't clearly visible!

Depends on your wardrobe and what you are using the bag for. I have a casual lifestyle and live in Florida so a tan bag works better. However when I worked at a bank and lived up north a black bag worked better.
