Gonna go against the grain here (what else is new) and say: YES. To an extent.

I like the first three seasons; they were pretty funny and a decent comedy cartoon, though not as good as The Simpsons. After the fourth season began the show had a steep decline in quality and style. I don't consider anything past Season 3 worth watching except for isolated scenes which can be funny on their own. But sitting through a whole episode past Season 3 is a chore.
