Which is better: drawings or paintings?

Neither are better as far as art goes. There are great paintings and there are great drawings.  If you are asking which is easier to start doing, then I would have to say drawings, as you can do it anywhere, and you can use inexpensive paper. For Paintings there is a lot more preparation and the paper, canvas etc. Are much more expensive.

Both are better if you are good at, otherwise there is a no use of it.

I don't think there is a "better"  when it comes to methods .. much depends on the art itself in terms of how appeasing it is
