Yep, I went to see Carrot Top years ago, he was great!
Dear Roy Roy,
Before Redd Foxx became famous for his TV show, he toured the circuits and I saw him do stand-up in a San Francisco club, oh maybe 1968.
A few years ago Mrs Didge and I stopped for lunch in the beer garden of a Sydney pub. Tasty meal, even if it wasn't the healthiest I've ever eaten.
But as we ate we could hear a crowd inside the pub roaring with laughter so we went in to see what was doing on.
The comedian was a fat, ugly female-impersonator who was hamming it up for all he was worth. We stayed for more than an hour and he just kept going on, ad libbing it all the way. Wish I knew his name to share with you.
Blue coller comedy tour funny as heck
Never, but would like to.
There is a local comedy club called The Ice House. I used to go there once in a while in the 70's. I also saw Norm Crosby and Don Rickles in Las Vegas back then.
I've been, not a fan. Jokes too crude, rude and the profanity off the chain. Will never go back.
Bill Cosby at the height of his career as a comedian.
And, I just remembered---Rusty Warren in Vegas
YES. I saw Jerry Seinfeld twice and "Fluffy" once too . . . A few minor acts, but Mr. Seinfeld was epic . . .
Yes, we went to Reno and saw Andrew "Dice" Clay in his heyday ! My guts hurt from laughing so much. We also went and saw George Carlin too ! That one hurt even more afterwards ! LOL
no but I have seen stand up comedians on TV. They have a gift to make others laugh and not feel nervous.
Never been in one.
I have. It was to see my friend perform, actually, and he was quite good!
Though sitting in the front made it certain that the opening guy made fun of me haha. I was sitting at a table with my friend who's this big muscular water polo player and the guy with the mic goes "there's this big guy up here, and he's with this little fella!" and I was like "oh dear..." haha
Hi
Roy! Sadly no and it’s such a shame that we do not have any good comedians
around here! Back in London, I really wanted to go and see Russell Peters. He
is Canadian, but normally tours Europe and few Asian countries for his shows.
However, I never had the chance to catch him and I suppose that this will not
happen as I have now moved from the city!
Yep. Came to see this funny man... Jim Jefferies and it was the best!
