What are similar films to Mr. Nobody and Eternal Sunshine on an emotional/choice level? As in love with regret and decision making.

To a degree, you could consider Cloud Atlas like these.  It's more similar to Mr. Nobody, but it also follows multiple people's stories so it's a tricky one.  (Good one though.)
