Would you rather watch the paint dry or watch the grass grow?

I'd rather watch grass grow. At least I'd be outside.

Grass grows until it dies.  Paint doesn't die.  So I would prefer to watch paint dry as there is more of a limit as to how long I have to sit there for.  But then, grass is more pleasant to watch...
