It's about high media reality entertainment (and I use that term loosely). To me, it is neither real nor entertaining. It is supposedly a glimpse into their "real lives" .. Which involves very little "real"components .. And more fake and phoney components. The only thing real is THEIR REAL implants, REAL injections , REAL AND really disturbing.
