I think at a point they were.they seem gay to me.Well Demi seems gay to me.and Selena seems Gay for Demi. So what if they are dating.are you guys going to stop liking them if they are gay.. You all need to wake-up.I think these are girls are madly in love with each other but have drifter apart because Disney wants to hide them being gay.which is really sad.. I knew they were gay for each other the first time I saw them together and almost everything that they are in together just proves that. I don't care if they date boys, a lot of people date the opposite sex and publicize it so people don't think there gay.and its funny when people here say "they r not gay they r just best friends who enjoy spending a lot of time together" think about it. They should be able to live their lives how they want and not be forced to live a certain way but since they are "property" of the disney channel( we all know about walt disney(you know what I mean) and the other founders and "executives" so them being able to live "their" lives isn't really going to happen and they would be forced to stay in the closet. AND PERHAPS THEIR STRAIGHT(THEY ACTUALLY LIKE BOYS) BUT ARE ONLY GAY FOR EACH OTHER. Happens all the time heterosexuals who have a homosexual attraction to only certain people and homosexuals who have a "heterosexual" attraction to only certain people. It means their straight and only are gay for each other. It also depends if its just a sexual attraction (they just like having gay sex) or an emotional attraction or both. Depending on how strong that attraction is and what kind it is will "dictate" how long the relationship lasts and exactly what kind it is( openly together or behind the scenes , etc).you listen to their music and watch their movies where their together THEY ARE CLEARLY GAY FOR EACH OTHER and perhaps only for each other.                                                      I think that they make a cute couple.

They never made it clear they were straight. They could date boys publicly so people wont start talking.

In the Stop the World video thing I saw Demi said that the song was about forbidden love..*hint hint* and all you homophobes need to realize disney stars arent perfect and I would be happy if they were lesbian.
