Sadly, probably not. Although the producers are begging for another 2 movies; the director Raimi and the leads McGuire and Dunst have all said they feel the characters have already gone as far as they can. Tobi said he is up for one more if and only if Raimi directs... Raimi has said he will only direct another Spider-Man movie if they come up with an absolutely brilliant original script that has the characters still growing and changing. Dunst, as can be evidenced by her promotional tour, is absolutely sick of the Mary Jane character.
