Ok I'm ukrainian 2 and usually we eat like borsh, dumplings, cabbage rolls, mashed potatoes, lots of different salads, pelmeni, (pelmeni: Like kind of a dough ball but it has meat in side) we also have a lot of other stuff and yea thats all I'm naming 4 now....:)

I always get headaches. Sometimes they last for over 9 days. They eventually go away so I just tuff them out
