DON'T PURCHASE FROM REELSTANDARDS!! I saw their site after researching on the internet and gave them my credit card info. No one will answer the emails or the phone. I normally check business reviews before buying, but was so excited to see something like this for my mother (she cried with relief when I told her about it) that I gave them my info. DUMB. The Better Business Bureau gives them a D rating. They haven't charged my card yet, ($113). I feel horrible that I told my mother about it now.
I ordered from this place a month ago...haven't heard anything...I've emailed, called...nothing. All I have is my receipt!
I've been on home oxygen since December; I looked high and low and cannot find a device on the market. I just received a "provisional patent" and I am in the process of trying to find a Company to manufacture it. My estimated cost to the consumer would be about $50.00.
There is a reel, it is manual wind up. Go to www.oxygentubingreel.com It is cheaper than the others and works great.
Oxy-reel.com - This works really well and is well worth the price. Cheaper than a hip replacement!
That would be great, and help a lot of people in their daily chores,, I to could use this , so if you find one let me know by posting it here, I have been with the same company for oxygen for two years now and I know they do not have one, but some one else may, I will do some checking as well on this, great idea.

I fail to comprehend WHY these items are in the HUNDREDS of dollars! The manual one is almost $200! I am sure Medicare doesn't cover this. HAHA!
Not yet! I am a Biomedical Engineer and I am searching for funding to develop one. I have everything down on paper, but I need additional funds to produce one and get it approved. So, hold on and I will answer your call.
I agree something is needed I have a terrible time managing the tubing I have as well . My husband uses a walker and he had several falls because of the tubing but according to my research there is nothing available as of yet to make it more convenient.
I was told the problem with the dog leash idea is that one one end of the tubing is on you and the other end is attached to the tank so there is no place to attach it to a retractor.
